Body Fat Calculator

Estimate your body composition using the U.S. Navy method. Unlike BMI which only uses weight and height, the body fat calculator uses circumference measurements β€” neck, waist, and hips β€” for a more body-composition-aware estimate that better distinguishes fat from muscle.

How to Use the Body Fat Calculator

  1. Select your gender and enter your height.
  2. Measure and enter neck, waist, and (for females) hip in cm with a flexible tape.
  3. Click Calculate to see body fat % based on the Navy method.
